Describe the bug
Entries duplicate if F3+O is used to reload options.txt using this mod https://modrinth.com/mod/optionsreload

To Reproduce
Install both mod
Reload Options.txt using F3+O
notice that cosmetica get double entries

Expected behavior
Entries to not duplicate

Setup (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Minecraft Version: 1.19.2 in the screenshot, but i also had the bug when i had tested to update my instance to 1.20.1 iirc
• Version: 1.2.7

Additional context
Cosmetica seems to be the only mod in all my mod that seem affected, all other mods works fine and correctly deal with the option reload
