To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open minecraft installer
2. click "run"
3. wait for it to load
4. click "singleplayer"
5. create new world
6. speedrun the entire game
7. get the elytra (lol what's creative mode?)
8. enchant it
9. put on
10. see issue

To work

• OS: Windows 10
• Minecraft Version: every one of them
• Version: 1.1.1+, possibly earlier idr when we added partial transparency to elytras

Additional context
Minecraft internally doesn't render enchantment glint on partially transparent render layers for some reason
