[1.20.1] Breaking a Dock Controller produces no item

Dock Controller has no designated tool for mining. Is broken instantly when breaking. Produces no item upon breaking. Unsure if this is intended behavior or not (it's an expensive block so probably not)
Version 7.4.1.0 for 1.20.1 (in modpack Worldly Galaxies 4)
