Make iron and gold blocks use the metallic stepping sounds added by the mod

These sounds exist for all the added metal blocks, however gold and iron blocks still use their old vanilla sounds, so this should likely be changed.

Netherite blocks have their own step sounds and can be left as is.

Closing this ticket since Cotton Resources is pretty much a discontinued project from the time being - feel free to reopen this if work continues

Overriding sound events for blocks added by vanilla is a major pain in the ass, and I really don't think it's worth it.
