crash at startup of server: "Could not execute entrypoint stage 'main' due to errors"

Basically, the server crashes on startup.

I have tried deleting config folder to allow regeneration of config file a few times to no avail as I saw some others had the issue in past versions. What confuses me is that I have a server that it works on, and this new server is having issues with it, so I'm not sure what exactly the issue is.

Something weird I noticed is the version of coupling I'm using is "Couplings-1.9.4+1.20" but when it says what mods it's loading it says "- couplings 1.9.5+1.20" in the console, so I'm not sure what's up with that.
