Spiked gloves regaining durability

General Information
To check a checkbox: Insert a X between the square brackets, you need to remove the space though.

- [ X] I reproduced the bug without any other mod's except forge, cqr and it's dependencies

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Using spiked gloves used durability until you move them to a different slot then the durability repairs.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to ... Creative menu or JEI and grab spiked gloves
- Use item ... Use spiked gloves in main hand and offhand on a wall, moving them to a different slot while durability is down will set it to full durability
- Place block ...
- ...
