[ARC] Monster manipulation.

For alpha release, creative mode players should be able to:
- Summon all CQR mobs from items in the creative inventory. -> Not important, we have vanilla spawneggs
- Transform any mob into a single-use mob spawner. - DONE
- Transform any mob into a multi-use vanilla style mob spawner. - DONE
- Add additional drops to an existing monster. - DONE
- Store and resummon any mob using the soul in a bottle. - DONE
- Monster names, equipment, and drops should persist through soul bottle use and dungeon generation. - DONE
