Describe the bug
whenever you are in a portal the storm beams go through the ground

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Wither storm at phase 4 or more
2. go far away
3. make nether portal
4. go into portal
5. get the naeusaua effect
6. look at the storm

Is OptiFine installed?
yes but i dont think its why (prove me wrong)

Unable to reproduce. This should be fixed in the version you claim to be using.
