WS attacks area around its ultimate target

Instead of the only attack on the storm's target being the beam locking onto them, i think it should target nearby areas around the player, like shooting numerous skulls at the player (with bad aim so it's not likely to directly hit), beams moving around the player that if they step in they get sucked up (as seen in the WS chase scenes in MCSM), clusters form more frequently near the player, etc.
