[Suggestion]: Make a cool sound when tractor beams skim passes you or onto you

Desription of feature request

If you are under something and the witherstorms beam passes over you/onto you, it should play a sudden sound. Heres a little video concept of what it could be (audio is edited in btw)

I like this idea, maybe it could be used in the same way that the tractor beam sound is looped.
