[Suggestion]: Amulet X Map

Description of feature request
What i mean is. You could add a new block or pedestal that holds the amulet and if there is a map Infront of it, it would shine the colour of the entity that is selected for a colour onto it. If its an amulet that tracks all of one type of entity it will shine the beam at the point of the map of the closest to the pedestal This would probably be really hard so it probs wouldn't be added but I've just been thinking about it. (Im also not 100% if this is connected to the "making the mod more accurate to mcsm" so sorry if it does)
This is a mcsm accurate request. But I don't think this is actually possible
From a programming perspective, it would be diffficult, but not impossible. It would be easy to get the coords of the entity, but how do you get the source coords for a map and create a custom beacon beam-type thing?
I'd give this one a pass for that rule, could be an interesting mechanic
You could probably do something similar to the 2b2t nocom exploit, in which you would load chunks around the player.

well, depending on the size of the map, you would divide the values to find the position on the map. it sounds easy, but its not really and kinda is at the same time
