Description of feature request

Basically, the latest update included two parts of the full WS theme, for both phase 5.5 and torn phase 7.
However, there is still a part of the full Wither Storm music that has not been included in the mod as of yet, that being the part from approx. 9:40 to approx. 12:50 of the full game music. Given that the bowels haven't had a dedicated theme for the period where the command block hasn't been hit, I believe that adding the part I mentioned and playing it in the bowels in a way akin to how Overworld music plays can improve the experience of players while spending time in the bowels and looking for loot before starting the fight against the command block.
