Description of feature request

Kinda self explanatory in the title. But, basically as a way for server owners that want to be able to be next to the wither storm without being targeted or being able to do a team vs team type deal, you could have the wither storm only target a certain amount of players or players on a certain team.

Isn't that functionality in the /witherstormmod ultimateTarget command?
