Describe the bug

When going through the Exit portal in the End whilst infected with Wither Sickness the effect is immediately cured, this would seem to be due to the fact that going through the exit portal clears any potion effects the player might have.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new world.
  2. Infect yourself with Wither Sickness and go to the End.
  3. Defeat the Dragon and go through the Exit portal.
  4. Observe and notice Wither Sickness has been cleared.
