Would it be possible to keep the Command Block Book in a Chiseled Bookshelf?

this would lowkey be sick but i'm not sure if this is possible

mojang may have hardcoded them to only include books and enchanted books

This would be amazing, but the easiest solution would probably be to just make it exclusive to tainted chiseled bookshelves, instead of a possible complete rewrite of a block.
