[Suggestion]: Player-Placed/edited chests become phlegm blocks when eaten

Guidelines

Description of feature request
When chests that are placed by the player are eaten by the wither storm, their loot should appear in phlegm blocks inside of the bowels, as well as phlegm blocks dropped by the storm at random.
There could be configs for this:
chestLootStoredMode
DROP_WHEN_EATEN - drops chest loot in phlegm blocks when eaten, like how a player's loot is dropped when they are eaten.
DROP_AT_RANDOM - drops chest loot inside of phlegm blocks at random times
DROP_IN_BOWELS - chest loot is loaded inside of phlegm blocks when the player enters the bowels, possibly inside of player built structures that the storm has eaten
DROP_ON_DEATH - drops all eaten chest loot as phlegm blocks upon death
DROP_DEATH_AND_BOWELS - chest loot can be found inside the bowels, as well as dropped on death (if the player never collects the loot
NEVER_DROP - never drops chest loot
DROP_OVER_TIME - the storm regurgitates chest loot inside phlegm blocks over random points in time, but instead of all at once it spreads out the loot
ORBIT_STORM - phlegm blocks as block clusters that contain chest loot orbit the storm and drop when the storm is blown up or killed.
