Description of feature request

/witherstormmod config server set server.world_consumption.canTargetStructures false/true

Makes the wither storm's structure targeting feature toggleable

Note: this feels like something someone wouldve suggested by now but idk if this has been suggested before, I searched and didn't find it so don't murder me if it has plz ;-;

You should be able to do this currently with a datapack that replaces the witherstormmod:blocks/tractor_beam_distraction_blocks tag with an empty list. Still, a config option would be easier to use, and it might reduce lag to have the beams not check for blocks at all.
