Description of feature request
When enabled (on by default, unless decided otherwise), the wither storm has a 1/30 (or smaller) chance to store a random block cluster's nbt, and drop that block cluster when it dies (if it is a big block cluster, it has a higher chance of being stored, but will come out broken apart)
This feature could add onto the '"emotional damage" aspect of the wither storm when you finally take a moment to recollect everything that happened
(Before Gearsaw starts screaming "RepeAt!1! bAn!1!!", This is NOT a copy of my other suggestion to store structures in the bowels. This has nothing to do with that.)
This falls under the other suggestion's idea though since the idea is somewhat to have it so that chunks of the bowels will fall out
1/30 would have to be much lower due to the amount it picks up, not to mention that it'd be weird for the WS to drop untainted blocks when killed.

That's why I said "(or greater)", as in a greater number (now that I think of it, it makes less sense so I'll change it to "or smaller")

Block clusters ≠ Bowels??? Wdym
We'd want to, if anything, check if the block cluster has any sort of value before it gets stored. A 1/30th chance with the amount of clusters the Wither Storm picks up would still result in a lot of saved clusters. 1/30th was probably just a rough idea on what it could be, but more fine tuned checking to determine if a cluster should be stored or not would be needed than just randomness.

Maybe it could check for large amounts of any of these blocks in the cluster:
Cobblestone
Oak Planks
Redstone mechanics
Any other structure only/non natural block
