[Suggestion]: Gradual cave in strengthening

Description of feature request
As the wither storm gets stronger, the cave ins would be stronger as well (starts as a few small clusters than moves on to large clusters in later stages)
Note: should 100% be toggleable as "gradualCaveInStrength" to avoid performance issues on low end devices
My issue is that the cave-ins are already a little annoying if you like to play the mod underground like some insignificant mole. Increasing it during the final stages, where the player is going to hide underground while waiting for the hole to appear as well as preparing for the final fight, would be very frustrating.

That's why I made it very clear that this should be toggleable
