Describe the bug

Wither Sickness layer wont appear on the creepers using " Creeper Overhaul " Mod, The layer wouldn't appear on the normal green creeper with the mod, the mod also other creeper variant's but haven't tried to see if it appears on them or not, I'm guessing not.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in creepers with Creeper Overhaul
2. Summon wither storm ( phase 5.5 )
3. Wait for wither sickness
4. See error
