Description of feature request

No this IS NOT a suggestion about blocks getting pulled off the WS, i read the rules, when the tractor beam happens to go over a Enderman, a Enderman will get mad at the WS sense the WS looked at it, the Endermen will stand there looking at the WS in the angry animation, and when a Enderman gets picked up, it could teleport off of the tractor beam.
