Description of feature request

Make the Enchanted Command Block Book to work just like any other enchanted books, and what I mean is adding an enchantment attribute in the tooltip like "Command Block Enchanted/Powered/etc." just right under Sharpness V or whatever instead of switching to a different item. So it would be compatible with tools or weapons outside vanilla Minecraft. It's like instead of looking for the Command Block tool item tag to destroy the Command Block entity it instead looks for the enchantment tag something like that. Of course, it's still preferable to have the vanilla tools to change textures to that of the Command Block Tools as well as the name when enchanted through an anvil.

This actually sounds kinda cool

Depending on the installed mods, the preferred weapon for each person might vary, so this idea seems really good
