Describe the bug

When the withered symbiont is fighting other mobs in the game it does not do the summon sickened mobs attack so it never becomes vulnerable when fighting monsters.

Expected Result - It should do the summon sickened mobs attack when fighting monsters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon a withered symbiont
2. Summon a mob to fight
3. The withered symbiont will never use the summon sickened mobs attack and never become vulnerable to attacks (Note - It still summons sickened pillagers and vindicators sometimes but it will not become vulnerable to attack from this)

There is none as far as I am aware please correct me if I am wrong.

Pretty sure this is intentional since the mobs don't know how to actually hit the symbiont correctly.

The withered symbiont is not becoming stunned when fighting other mobs though which I don't think is intentional.
