Describe the bug

I exploded a wither storm and ate a golden apple stew, but few minutes later, I still get damaged.
I ate it again but I hear the cure sound again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure you got the Wither Sickness effect.
2. Explode the wither storm.
3. Eat Golden Apple Stew, or /witherstormmod sickness cure @s
4. Wait for few minutes.
5. Repeat the step 3 again.
