Description of feature request

while playing in multiplayer, i feel the witherstorm can catch up too quickly so it a setting to limit the witherstorm's maximum travel speed measured in blocks per second

This already exists in the world config.

In world's config options, name "chasingFlyingSpeed"(Specifies a modifier value of Target Stationary Flying Speed attribute. The higher the value, the faster the Wither Storm will go when its ultimate target is stationary) and "normalFlyingSpeed"(Specifies a modifier value of Slow Flying Speed attribute. The higher the value, the faster the Wither Storm will go when it's ultimate target is not stationary).
