Description of feature request

Feathers is a mod that adds a stamina system and an API related to it. If Feathers and CWSM are both installed, Wither Sickness should deplete max stamina similar to the max health depletion. This should be configurable, in the case that a packdev doesn't want it.

Wither Sickness depleting stamina creates interplay between CWSM and mods that use Feathers to limit actions based on stamina, forcing players to adapt to Wither Sickness in new ways and making it more of a threat.
