A bug happened! When I summon the Storm in Phase 7, I reload the world, and the heads on the right segment aren't there.

(Happy April!)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon WS Phase 6.5-7.5
2. Reload the world
3. Look at Right Segments
4. See error
