
[Suggestion]: If reduced to a half a heart with Wither Sickness, player fog distance decreases over time

Description of feature request
If the player is reduced to half a heart with Wither Sickness, the player's fog should steadily grow closer and hueshift more and more purple up until they die from Wither Sickness. The speed of this effect scales with the level of Wither Sickness the player has. Maybe it's accompanied by an unsettling sound effect, such as a low drone? This should be toggable, as many other mods mess with fog.
Why: Despite the threat that Wither Sickness presents, dying to it lacks impact. One moment you're alive, the next you fall over. While there are other ways of dying in Minecraft that similarly lack impact, most of those deaths are accidental or sudden- Wither Sickness is telegraphed. Adding a visual effect would increase gamefeel by underlining that Wither Sickness is something to fear. Keeping it subtle would avoid overwhelming the player with information and lend itself well to a "what the fuck" reaction.
