Description of feature request

The issue's title is pretty descriptive of the suggestion; I'd like the ability to implement different ambient tracks for the Overworld when the Wither Storm is alive.

Why: Even if the Wither Storm is off in the distance, the overall mood of Minecraft changes dramatically when playing while it's alive, so I'd like to reflect that in changing up the ambient music.

Yes, "more music" is called out by name in frequent suggestions and is evident from looking through the repo's issues. However, most of those suggestions regard music that is:

• played around the Wither Storm or the Withered Symbiont
• played in the Bowels

so I think this suggestion is unique enough to file separately.
