Describe the bug

i have disabled wither sickness in the wither storm mod config but the mod still does checks for it even tho its not supposed to exist leading to way worse performance

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go launch minecraft
2. Click on play wither storm mod with wither sickness disabled
3. use spark to see it still calculating wither sickness even when it doesnt need to

a lot of mods but the issue is with the wither storm mod code itself not any incompatability or things technically not working as intended
