Description of feature request

After hearing the reasoning on the discord server about why netherite command block tools will not be added, I understand the balancing issues that this may cause. However, my only fear was always that if somebody upgrades to netherite without knowing that netherite isn't allowed they'll be locked out of obtaining a command block tool unless they make a low tier weapon or remake a diamond one.

My suggestion is that using the netherite tool and the command block tool, the anvil or crafting station will accept it but convert it to a diamond command block tool automatically. Therefore people can still pursue netherite before obtaining command block tools and can freely up? down? grade to a command block tool when it's time, or people will not be "screwed over" because they didn't do netherite command block tools don't exist.
