Describe the bug

A bug happened!! When I was playing around with the wither storm, I set the phase 4.5 then in a few minutes it started to fly super high, so I changed the settings for the wither storm's Hight, and it never worked so it was being annoying.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
