Describe the bug

Wither Storm bowels entrance doesn't appear but you can still go to the bowels if you fly to the tail/bottom of the wither storm

Steps to Reproduce

1. get the mods I have (I honestly don't know what's causing this)
2. set phase to 7 or higher
3. see error
