Description of feature request

With the recent teaser showing procedural growth for the command block stages of the wither storm, I decided to bring an idea i had back to light.

Instead of it taking multiple blocks for the wither storm to evolve one stage visually, each block, item, and entity consumed should actually add to the mass.

I haven't seen a single mod or addon author bother trying to make this effect, even in the story mode recreations, which would make it pretty unique (until the rest of them catch wind of it)

It'd also make it feel like the matter consumed actually MATTERS, giving the player a more urgent feeling to deal with the threat as soon as possible

EDIT: I should specify, I meant every block, entity, and item consumed should visually impact the growth of the wither storm instead of it vanishing until a certain amount is reached
