Describe the bug

When both Crackers Wither Storm Mod and Very Many Players are in the same modpack, and you summon the wither storm, the servers TPS continuously degrades until it's unplayable.

Here's a spark report of this issue (only tested with early phases).

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Minecraft instance in 1.20.1 with Forge installed (observed on Forge 47.2.0, 47.4.0, 47.4.6)
Add mods Cracker's Wither Storm Mod, Very Many Players, and Spark if you want performance benchmarks.
Create a Minecraft world.
In that Minecraft world, summon the wither storm.
Observe how the performance gradually gets more and more degraded the more the wither storm evolves.
