Describe the bug

The witherstorm's tractor beams do not pick up clusters dispite restartting and chaning settings so they do, but they still don't pick up blocks, just mobs, like old times

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
