[Bug]: Withered Symbiont is not spawning and the phasometer is not working

Describe the bug

Sorry for this being more than one bug to solve, but I ran into these two issues while playing this mod in my modpack. The first is that after the Wither Storm reaches stage 5, I stay in the same chunk as the Wither and wait for almost an hour for the Withered Symbiont to appear, and it never does. Sometimes I even hear a different theme song play. I don't know if it's the Withered Symbiont's theme or another theme from the Wither Storm itself. But while testing the mod, I realized that this only happens in the overworld, in the "bowels" dimension within the Wither Storm. This bug doesn't occur, and a symbiont is naturally spawned during the final fight. The other bug is that the phaseometer simply gets stuck searching when I point it at the Wither Storm, even if it's in the main hitbox when I press F3+B. I don't know if it's another mod in the modpack that might be causing compatibility issues, but I couldn't identify which one because the modpack is also quite large.

Steps to Reproduce

Wait for the wither storm to reach phase 5 or 6.
Note that the withered symbiont never spawns.
Use the phasometer aiming at the main hitbox at the base of the body below the wither storm's heads.
Note that the phaseometer always gets stuck on searching.

So, as I mentioned above, I kept following the wither storm until it reached its maximum size, I can't see it with the phaseometer, but it was definitely in phase 5, as I spent hours waiting until it stopped growing, probably during that time the wither had already reached its maximum phase, I also stayed in the same loaded chunk where the wither storm was.

Considering the amount of mods you have, something is likely conflicting and I don’t think I would be able to find out what. Regardless, check these conditions for a symbiont to spawn. If it still doesn’t work let me know:

Wither Storm is at the end of Phase 5 (the sky should be fully purple with an orange horizon unless you’re using a resource pack that changes the color)
No Formidibombs or other Symbionts nearby
Wither Storm has been recently revived
Wither Storm isn’t sucking up a Formidibomb
Command Block inside the bowels isn’t damaged
No players are in the bowels
You’re not in spectator
You don’t have a command block tool, book, or Formidibomb in your inventory
A Symbiont hasn’t spawned recently
You haven’t killed a Symbiont spawned by the Wither Storm recently

Now some of these won’t apply in your case but do check the others

For the phasometer, I’m not sure what could be the cause considering the amount of mods you have.
