Description of feature request

Currently, when a tractor beam is destroyed, all block clusters that were inside of it get sucked in like regular clusters.
What i suggest is that these clusters should fall on the ground since the wither storm has nothing to pull them with.
Pretty simple right?

I don't want to do this as it'll just litter the ground too much. I think how it just sucks them up makes sense; they are already in cluster form and close to the Wither Storm, so they just hitch on to whatever force is pulling the other clusters and they get absorbed
