[Bug]: Block Clusters dont do any block checks when they land on the ground, resulting tons of glitched blocks

Describe the bug

A bug happened!

The title is self explanatory. If a wither storm picks up a cluster of snowy grass blocks and gets blown up / dies,
they will stay as snowy grass blocks when they fall on the ground even though there is no snow above them anymore. I am actually surprised noone reported this.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Summon the wither storm in a snowy biome
  2. do /witherstormmod kill @w
  3. Some blocks on the ground will be glitched
  4. See error
