[Suggestion]: Tractor beams should prevent hostile mobs inside of them from despawning

Description of feature request
In minecraft, hostile mobs instantly despawn if they move 128 blocks away from the player. So, it often happens that a certain skeleton/creeper/other hostile mob just straight up despawns before potentially shooting the heads/blowing the heads up/getting chomped. So yeah, pretty self explanatory.
If the obvious issue with the mobs constantly falling out of the beams could also be fixed, then the mobs damaging the tractor beams system will be absolutely perfect.
i personally think the best and probably the only solution to the mobs falling out problem would be to make it so that wither storms heads look at a point in space that is 2 blocks below the targeted entity so that the entity or player is actually inside of the beam and so that the head doesnt look straight up into the sky when it chomps a player and instead looks down which means the blue flaming skull will be fired straight at the player after he escapes
