[Bug]: Destroying Wither Storm's heads with CWSM Programmer Art enabled causes emissive decal to disappear

Describe the bug
A bug happened!
I guess nobody actually plays cwsm with old textures, because obviously the new textures are objectively better,
but this is still a bug that should be fixed. Just activate programmer art, summon phase 4 wither storm, destroy any head and it will turn completely black.
Steps to Reproduce
- activate programmer art in resource packs
- summon phase 4 ws
- destroy any head
- See error

Whatever resource pack you're using is outdated and no longer works with current versions then. The textures have changed over time
I'm only using the Programmer Art resource pack that comes with the latest version of the mod unless im confused
and i know the textures have changed over time, i have two screenshots of this bug, one from 4.1 when this resource pack was just added and couldn't be outdated, and one from 4.2.1 which you can see in this issue, and the difference is that the eye crack is now a separate texture which renders properly but everything else is still black
Oh Crackers may have forgor to update something in the textures I could look into it
