Describe the bug

From a distance to a wither storm, Rendering went very wrong.
However, when player is in spectator mode or is looking at a wither storm from third personal view, the bug is mostly gone(at least cannot appear again)

Steps to Reproduce

1. open single player world
2. summon a wither storm
3. /witherstormmod phase set @w 8
4. Go far enough to let wither storm use LOD model
5. make sure you are in non-spectator mode and is in first personal view
6. see error
