Describe the bug

A bug happened!

This one doesnt affect survival gameplay all that much, but its just really annoying in creative. Ive been playing around with RANDOM_STROLL_NEAR_PLAYER targeting type for quite some time now, and ive found that, when the wither storm is actively rotating its own body, the tractor beams sometimes just go in completely wrong direction and go through wither storms body. Look at the picture below, i explained it pretty well.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Summon wither storm in phase 4, set targeting type to random stroll near player, set random stroll radius to 200, and set rotation speed to anything higher than 0.1 (the higher the speed, the more likely this bug will occur)
  2. enjoy the chaos
  3. When the wither storm begins a new stroll and starts rotating, the tractor beams will sometimes bug out
  4. See error
