Describe the bug

A bug happened!

Yet another bug report that is formidibomb-themed. When a ticking formidibomb drops from inventory, the chromatic aberration shader is immediately applied in full force, which is pretty jarring and inconsistent with formidibomb being lit manually, where the glitch shader appears gradually. The bug also happens when a formidibomb in item or block form transforms into the formidibomb entity.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Craft a formidibomb on a crafting table so that it has a fuse timer
2. Wait till the bomb automatically drops from inventory
3. ahh my eyes
4. See error
