Describe the bug

A bug happened!

Self explanatory, dont know what to say about this one. This behavior is inconsistent with literally any other redstone component that exists in minecraft.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place a redstone block and then place a withered phlegm on top of it, not the other way around
2. Its still sucking items up like normal
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
