When player infected Wither Sickness too long, he can get a nausea, blindness, or slowness

I feel these effects would get more annoying (especially if you suddenly got blindness while being picked up by the WS). While it does reinforce the fact that you have the sickness, I feel like the dwindling amount of hearts the player has over time is enough to do so and I don't feel like this is necessary.
