Sure

A better version of the sound effect would be nice. The music may also be too sudden and feels more of something that would budge in and get annoying over time, however this would need testing to see if I like it or not.

maybe if the distant storm renderer can be seen on screen and its less than, say, 100 blocks away, the theme could play then.
