I think it would be really cool to see the super powered rail as seen at the exit to Soren's mod grinder. Maybe 8 powered rail surrounding a command block book could make 9 super powered rails?

I don't think the work would justify the amount given and I don't think this feature would see much use by the majority of the player base.
