Describe the bug
Fishing Rods are able to pull the command block inside the wither storms bowels

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get a fishing rod
2. Fish the command block
3. See error

Crash reports / logs hosted on pastebin, gist, etc.

I even managed to pull it outside of it

also it does this if you attack it while its not in the bowels

it does not defend its self using its tentacles

But Still spawns enemies

same with explosion's

Definitely an easily fixable bug, should be fixed in the next update
That sure ain't no fish ive ever seen
