Describe the bug
In phase 2 of the command block fight a withered symbiont spawns, on falling into the pit at the centre of the arena, it will be left outside the wither storm where it will stay until the symbiont is killed, even if the command block is destroyed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the command block inside the wither storm.
2. Initiate the boss fight.
3. Reach phase 2.
4. When the symbiont spawns there is a chance it will go into the pit.
   

I think a good solution is to have withered symbionts check if the wither storm that spawned them is still alive. if not, it dies.

Not much needs to be done. I think that the withered symbiont should just be unable to spawn on top of air blocks.

I don't really think this is much of a bug, as you made it fall out of the Wither Storm
